Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ReScenic LLC, operating ReScenic (“ReScenic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the ReScenic website and Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

We may collect your name, email address, account identifiers, plan, subscription status, usage balances, verification status, and support history.

Photographs and creative content

When you use ReScenic, we process photographs you upload, crop and composition information, story titles or text you enter, generated previews, enhancement outputs, exports, and related technical metadata needed to provide the Service.

Usage and technical information

We may collect IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, session information, feature usage, error logs, security events, and similar operational data.

Billing information

Payments are processed by our authorized payment provider or merchant of record. ReScenic may receive transaction identifiers, purchased product or plan, payment status, renewal status, country or tax-related transaction information, and limited payment metadata. We do not need to store full payment-card numbers to operate the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate ReScenic; authenticate accounts; analyze photographs and produce requested outputs; perform HD Enhancement; enforce plan and usage limits; process and reconcile purchases; provide customer support; review HDE quality reports; prevent fraud and abuse; secure and troubleshoot the Service; communicate important account or service information; comply with legal obligations; and improve ReScenic.

3. AI and Image Processing

To provide analysis and enhancement features, ReScenic may transmit user-supplied photographs or derived crops, along with limited processing instructions, to third-party AI or image-processing providers. We seek to transmit only information reasonably necessary to perform the requested operation.

Do not upload photographs or other content unless you have authority to process them through the Service.

4. Service Providers and Disclosure

We may share information with service providers that help us operate ReScenic, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, email and communications providers, payment processors and merchants of record, AI/image-processing providers, security and fraud-prevention providers, and professional advisers.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.

We do not sell your uploaded property photographs as a standalone product.

5. Paddle and Payment Transactions

If Paddle acts as merchant of record for a purchase, Paddle independently processes information necessary to complete the transaction, manage taxes, prevent fraud, provide buyer support, and satisfy its legal obligations. Paddle’s own privacy notices apply to information it processes in that capacity.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

ReScenic may use cookies, browser storage, IndexedDB, or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, workspace recovery, and essential product functionality. Some workspace data may remain locally in the browser so that in-progress work can survive a refresh or return visit on the same browser profile.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, satisfy legal obligations, and protect ReScenic and its users. Retention periods can differ by data type and purpose.

Uploaded or generated image data may be retained for operational purposes such as workspace recovery, caching, support, quality review, or complaint handling. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and operational requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials and devices.

9. International Processing

ReScenic and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate mechanisms or service-provider arrangements intended to support lawful international data transfers.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal relating to personal information. Rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to exceptions.

To make a privacy request, contact support@rescenic.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

11. Children

ReScenic is a professional software service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
