Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ReScenic, a software service operated by ReScenic LLC (“ReScenic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at [MAILING ADDRESS]. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credit pack, or using ReScenic, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReScenic is a photography workflow designed primarily for real-estate professionals. The Service may analyze user-supplied photographs, identify secondary compositions, provide crop and composition tools, create exports, and offer optional AI-assisted HD Enhancement (“HDE”). Features, limits, plans, and pricing may change over time.

ReScenic is a creative and production tool. You remain responsible for reviewing every output before publishing or distributing it.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits or use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

3. Your Photographs and Content

You retain your ownership rights in photographs and other content you upload. You represent that you own, license, or otherwise have sufficient authorization to upload and process that content through ReScenic.

You grant ReScenic a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, transmit, and display your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service. This license does not transfer ownership of your photographs to ReScenic.

You may not upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

4. AI-Assisted HD Enhancement

HD Enhancement uses automated image-processing and artificial-intelligence systems to improve perceived detail, clarity, and resolution. Because enhancement may reconstruct or interpret detail that is not fully resolved in the source pixels, an enhanced image can contain minor visual differences from the original photograph.

ReScenic is designed to preserve the depicted property, but no automated enhancement system can guarantee perfect fidelity in every image. You must review enhanced outputs for accuracy, including architecture, fixtures, finishes, materials, views, furnishings, landscaping, and other property details before use.

You are responsible for determining whether an output complies with applicable MLS rules, brokerage policies, advertising standards, professional obligations, and law.

5. Plans, Usage, and HDE Credits

ReScenic may offer Free, Standard, Premium, or other plans with different usage limits and features. Current entitlements are shown in the Service or on the applicable pricing page.

HDE credits are units of Service usage and are not currency, stored value, or transferable property. Included subscription credits, purchased credit packs, promotional credits, and service adjustments may be subject to different eligibility rules. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Service, unused HDE credits associated with an active account do not expire solely because a new monthly billing cycle begins.

ReScenic may correct balances affected by fraud, technical error, duplicate grants, reversed transactions, or abuse.

6. Billing, Renewals, and Merchant of Record

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout until canceled. Prices and applicable taxes are presented before purchase. You authorize our authorized payment provider and merchant of record to charge the payment method selected at checkout for recurring subscription fees and other purchases you initiate.

Where Paddle.com Market Limited or another Paddle entity acts as merchant of record, Paddle is the seller of record for the applicable transaction and is responsible for payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, and related buyer-facing payment obligations. Paddle’s buyer terms and policies may also apply to those transactions.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily create a refund for a billing period already purchased, except where required by law or provided under our Refund Policy or the merchant of record’s applicable policies.

7. HDE Quality Reports and Service Credits

If an HD Enhancement appears to materially misrepresent the source property or otherwise qualifies under our HDE quality-review process, you may submit the enhancement for review through the available reporting tools. If ReScenic approves the report, we may restore an HDE credit to your account.

An HDE credit restoration is a service-credit remedy and is separate from a monetary refund. Approval of a quality report does not automatically entitle you to a cash refund.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use ReScenic to violate law, infringe rights, misrepresent a property intentionally, distribute malware, interfere with the Service, bypass usage controls, probe or exploit security vulnerabilities, reverse engineer protected portions of the Service except where law expressly permits it, or use automated means to access the Service in a manner that materially burdens or disrupts it.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, ReScenic, service providers, or third parties, or when these Terms are materially violated.

9. ReScenic Intellectual Property

The ReScenic software, interface, branding, designs, documentation, and other materials supplied by us are owned by ReScenic or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service or our intellectual property.

10. Third-Party Services

ReScenic relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including hosting, communications, payment, analytics, and AI/image-processing providers. Their availability can affect the Service. We may change providers as the Service evolves.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, added, limited, or discontinued. We may perform maintenance or temporarily restrict access for security, operational, or legal reasons.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ReScenic disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ReScenic does not warrant that any image output is suitable for a particular listing service, advertisement, transaction, professional standard, or legal requirement. You are responsible for final review and publication decisions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReScenic and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReScenic’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ReScenic or its merchant of record for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Termination

You may stop using ReScenic at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and accrued payment obligations.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as ReScenic evolves. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
